Bank guarantee
Known in investment as the highest level of guarantee, a bank guarantee provides a secure financial backing from a reputable bank, ensuring that your investment is protected even if the project faces financial difficulties. It acts as a safety net, ensuring repayment in the event of default.
Mortgage guarantee
With a mortgage guarantee, the investment is secured by property. In case of project failure, the property can be sold to recover the funds, giving investors a tangible asset as security.
Personal guarantee
This guarantee ensures that the developer personally commits to covering any losses. If the project doesn't succeed, the developer's personal assets can be used to compensate the investors, aligning their interests closely with the project's success.
