Security

  • A full bank guarantee of CHF 35 million will be provided as collateral for the loan. The guarantee will be issued by the HSBC bank.
     

  • Gorrissen Federspiel will act as the legal counsel for the lenders in Denmark, led by Partner Thomas Maaberg (LINK). They will manage all documentation, including lending, CP-list and security agreements.
     

  • A Swiss law firm will be appointed by Gorrissen Federspiel to represent the lenders interest in Switzerland.
     

  • The project will be officialised by the esteemed notary and member of the Council of States of Switzerland, Mr. Beat Rieder.
     

  • A Conditions Precedent (CP) list will be prepared and finalized prior to the disbursement of funds.
     

  • The bank guarantee will be confirmed by Gorrissen Federspiel, the Swiss law firm and the notary before disbursement.
     

  • The bank guarantee will not only cover the full loan amount but also the total annual interest of 15%. This means there is a guarantee from the bank for CHF 25 million, plus CHF 3.75 million, equivalent to one year's interest.
